Overview
Torii integrates with Livestorm and syncs:
- Supports multiple accounts.
- You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.
Requirements
Accounts & Permissions
- A Livestorm workspace with administrator (workspace admin) access.
- The Public API feature must be enabled for your Livestorm workspace. Contact Livestorm support if API access is blocked.
Required keys
- Livestorm API token (with admin scope - required for the
/usersand/organizationendpoints).
How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Generate a Livestorm API token
- Log in to Livestorm as a workspace administrator.
- Open Account Settings → Public API → Token Management.
- Click New Token and give it a descriptive name (for example,
Torii). - Under Permissions for this API token, set Admin to Read.
- Click Generate a token and copy the value immediately.
Important
The token is shown only once. Copy and store it in a secure location before closing the dialog - you cannot retrieve it again later.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Livestorm and click Connect.
- Enter your Livestorm API token in the API Token field.
- Click Connect.
Additional Notes
- Livestorm returns only active workspace members through the Public API, so all synced users are reported with status Active. Pending invites are exposed via the external status field.
- Each user's
last_loginvalue is used to populate Last Visit Time and the default license's last-visit signal. - Public API access is gated by your Livestorm plan. If you see "The API access to your workspace is currently blocked" when connecting, contact Livestorm support (help@livestorm.co) to enable Public API access.
