Overview
Torii integrates with Mural and syncs enterprise users from your Mural workspace, including their roles, status, and last activity.
Requirements
Accounts & Permissions
- A Mural Enterprise plan. The Mural Enterprise API is not available on Free, Team+, or Business plans.
- Admin access to the Mural Admin Console for the enterprise workspace.
Required keys
- An Enterprise API key generated from the Mural Admin Console.
How to Generate the Required Values
Your company administrator creates API keys on your company dashboard.
Generate an Enterprise API key
- Log in to your Mural Dashboard.
- Click your avatar / profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Manage company from the dropdown menu.
- Click API keys in the left sidebar menu.
- Click the Create API key button.
- Select the required scopes: Reports and Member information.
- Click Create API key to confirm.
- Click Copy key and save it in a safe location immediately, as it will not be displayed fully again.
- Click Done.
Important
The API key is shown only once. Copy and store it securely before clicking Done - Mural does not display the full key again.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Mural and click Connect.
- Paste your Mural Enterprise API key into the Enterprise API Key field.
- Click Connect.
