Overview

Torii integrates with SignNow and syncs:

• Users in a chosen SignNow workspace, including their role and status.
• License assignments per user.

• Multi-account: each Torii connection covers exactly one SignNow workspace. To sync multiple workspaces from the same SignNow tenant, connect SignNow multiple times — once per workspace.
• You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.

Requirements

To connect this integration, we require the following:

Accounts & Permissions

• A SignNow user with organization administrator privileges on the workspace you want to sync.

Required keys

• Workspace ID — the ID of the SignNow workspace (organization) that this Torii account will sync.
• Access Token — the API key generated from a SignNow Application (see Step 1 below).

How to Generate the Required Values

Step 1: Generate an access token in SignNow

1. Sign in to SignNow as an administrator at https://app.signnow.com/.
2. Go to the API Dashboard.
3. Open Apps and Keys.
4. Click Add Application.
5. Copy the API key that is generated. This is the access token Torii will use.

Step 2: Get the Workspace ID

1. Go to Admin settings at https://app.signnow.com/webapp/administration/workspaces.
2. Select the workspace you want to sync.
3. Open Workspace settings.
4. Copy the Workspace ID from the URL — it's the <WORKSPACE_ID> segment in https://app.signnow.com/webapp/organization/<WORKSPACE_ID>/settings.

How to Connect the Integration

1. In Torii, go to the Integrations page.
2. Search for SignNow and click Connect.
3. Enter the Workspace ID from Step 2.
4. Enter the Access Token from Step 1.
5. Click Connect.
