Overview
Torii integrates with Apollo and syncs workspace teammates (system users) from your Apollo account.

Requirements
Accounts & Permissions
- An Apollo workspace with administrator access.
- Access to the Apollo Developer Portal (
developer.apollo.io) to create API keys.
Required keys
- Master API Key - used to list workspace teammates via Apollo's REST API.
Important
The API key must be created as a master key. Scoped (non-master) keys cannot access the /users/search endpoint and will return a 403 error.
How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Create a master API key
- Log in to Apollo and open the Apollo Developer Portal.
- Go to API Keys and click Create new key.
- Give the key a descriptive name (for example,
Torii). - Toggle Set as master key on.
- Click Create and copy the generated API key.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Apollo and click Connect.
- Paste the master API key into the Master API Key field.
- Click Connect.
Q&A
Q: What should I enter in the "Account Name" field?
A: The Account Name field lets you connect multiple Apollo accounts to Torii. The value can be anything you choose — it is only used to distinguish between your connected accounts. Make sure to use a unique Account Name for each account: connecting a different account with an Account Name that is already in use will overwrite the existing account's data, so choosing distinct names is your responsibility.
