Overview
Torii integrates with Fireflies.ai and syncs:
- Users (team members) and their license status from your Fireflies.ai workspace.
- Integration Capabilities — You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.
Requirements
Accounts & Permissions
- Administrator access to the Fireflies.ai workspace (required to retrieve all team members).
Required keys
- API Key — a Fireflies.ai API key generated from your workspace settings.
How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Generate a Fireflies.ai API key
- Log in to your Fireflies.ai account at https://app.fireflies.ai/.
- Open Settings from the left navigation.
- Go to the Integrations tab and locate the Fireflies API section.
- Copy the API key shown in that section.
Important
The API key grants access to your Fireflies.ai workspace data. Treat it like a password and do not share it.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Fireflies.ai and click Connect.
- Paste your Fireflies.ai API Key into the connection form.
- Click Connect.
Q&A
Q: What should I enter in the "Account Name" field?
A: The Account Name field lets you connect multiple Fireflies.ai accounts to Torii. The value can be anything you choose — it is only used to distinguish between your connected accounts. Make sure to use a unique Account Name for each account: connecting a different account with an Account Name that is already in use will overwrite the existing account's data, so choosing distinct names is your responsibility.
