Overview

Torii integrates with NinjaOne and syncs technicians and end users from the selected organization.

  • Supports multiple organizations (one connection per organization; enter the Organization ID in the connection form).
  • You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.

Requirements

Accounts & Permissions

  • A NinjaOne account with system administrator access (required to configure OAuth and API settings).

Required keys

  • Client ID and Client Secret from a NinjaOne OAuth client application (Client Credentials flow).
  • Organization ID — the ID of the organization you want to sync (used as the account in Torii).

How to Generate the Required Values

Step 1: Create an OAuth client application

  1. Log in to NinjaOne.
  2. Go to Administration → Apps → API.
  3. Open the Client app IDs tab and click Add client app.
  4. Choose API Services (Machine-to-Machine) (or equivalent) so Client Credentials is available.
  5. Enter a Name (e.g. Torii) and enable the scopes your integration needs:
    Read: Monitoring
    Write: Management
  6. Under Allowed grant types, enable Client Credentials.
  7. Click Save and copy the Client ID and Client Secret.

Important
The Client Secret is displayed only once after creation. Copy and store it securely; it cannot be retrieved later.

Step 2: Find your Organization ID

  1. In NinjaOne, go to Administration → Organizations.
  2. Use the search field to find the organization you want to sync.
  3. Hover over the row, click the ellipsis (⋯), and select Copy Org ID.

Step 3: Use the values in Torii

Enter the Client ID, Client Secret, and Organization ID in the Torii connection form.

How to Connect the Integration

  1. Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
  2. Search for NinjaOne and click Connect.
  3. Select your Region (one of: US, EU, Canada, Oceania).
  4. Enter Client ID, Client Secret, and Organization ID.
  5. Click Connect.

Important notes

  • The Organization ID you enter defines which organization is synced. Workflow actions apply to end users only; technicians cannot be created or managed via actions.

Actions

NinjaOne supports workflow actions for end users only: Create user, Update user, and Delete user. Technicians cannot be created or managed through these actions.
