Overview
Torii integrates with Canny and syncs:
- Admins only (name, email, role, status, last activity)
- Licenses
Note: Torii syncs Canny admins only. End-users (customers submitting feedback) are not synced.

- A Canny account with admin access.
Required keys
To connect this integration, we require the following:
- Secret API Key — Your Canny Secret API Key.
How to Generate the Required Values
Step 1: Get your Secret API Key
- Log in to your Canny account.
- Go to Settings > API & Webhooks, or navigate directly to https://canny.io/admin/settings/api .
- Copy your Secret API Key.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Canny and click Connect.
- Enter your Secret API Key.
- Click Connect.
Q&A
Q: What should I enter in the "Account Name" field?
A: The Account Name field lets you connect multiple Canny accounts to Torii. The value can be anything you choose — it is only used to distinguish between your connected accounts. Make sure to use a unique Account Name for each account: connecting a different account with an Account Name that is already in use will overwrite the existing account's data, so choosing distinct names is your responsibility.
