Overview

Torii integrates with OpenVPN CloudConnexa and syncs:

• Users with roles and status
• Licenses

This integration supports multiple accounts (Cloud IDs). Each Cloud ID represents a separate CloudConnexa organization.

Requirements

To connect this integration, we require the following:

Accounts & Permissions

• CloudConnexa account with Owner or Administrator access
• API access enabled for your Cloud ID in the Admin Portal

Required keys

• Cloud ID (organization identifier, found in your CloudConnexa Admin Portal)
• Public API Client ID (created in Admin Portal)
• Public API Client Secret (created in Admin Portal; shown only once)

How to Generate the Required Values

Step 1: Find your Cloud ID

1. Log in to your CloudConnexa Admin Portal at https://[Cloud ID].openvpn.com
2. Your Cloud ID is the organization identifier in the URL (format: your-organization-name.openvpn.com)
3. Note this value — you'll need it for the connection

Step 2: Create API credentials

1. In the CloudConnexa Admin Portal, navigate to API & Logs → API
2. Click Create Credentials
3. Configure the credentials:
   • Enter a name for the credentials
   • Select a lifetime (2 weeks, 1 month, 6 months, or 1 year)
   • (Optional) Configure allowed IP subnet ranges
   • In Permissions, select read access for users
4. Click Create
5. Copy the Public API Client ID and Client Secret immediately — the secret is shown only once

Step 3: Enable API access

1. On the main API page, enable the toggle "Enable API for this Cloud ID"
2. Without this enabled, the API credentials will not work

How to Connect the Integration

1. Go to the Integrations page in Torii
2. Search for OpenVPN and click Connect
3. Enter the required values:
   • Cloud ID: Your CloudConnexa Cloud ID
   • Client ID: Your Public API Client ID
   • Client Secret: Your Public API Client Secret
4. Click Connect

Important Notes

• This integration supports OpenVPN CloudConnexa (cloud-based VPN service), not Access Server (on-premises solution)
