Overview

Torii integrates with Hex and syncs:

• Torii supports syncing multiple Hex accounts - each account represents a different Hex workspace.
• You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page
  >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.

Requirements

Note: The Hex integration is only supported for Team and Enterprise Hex accounts.

To connect this integration, we require the following:

• Workspace Token (only admins can generate)
• Workspace ID
• Domian

How to Generate the Required Values

1. How to Get the Workspace Token

1. Go to your Hex workspace
2. Click on Settings
   
3. Click on API keys
   
4. Under Workspace tokens, click New token
   

5. In the Description field, write “Torii”
   We recommend choosing No Expiry
   Under API Scope, pick Users and mark:

   1.  Read access
   2. Write access - for actions
   
   

6. Click Generate token
7. Copy the new token - you won’t be able to view it again later.

2. How to Get the Workspace ID

You can locate the Workspace ID in your Hex URL. For example:
https://app.hex.tech/<WORKSPCE_ID>/home
In this case, the Workspace ID is <WORKSPCE_ID>.

3. How to Get the Domain

You can locate the Domain in your Hex URL. For example:
https://app.hex.tech/<WORKSPACE_ID>/home
In this case, app.hex.tech is the Base URL.

How to Connect the Integration

1. Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
2. Select the Hex tile.
   
3. Click Connect.
   
4. Choose permissions.
5. Enter the following required values:
   • Workspace Token
   • Workspace ID

   • Base URL

     

6. Click Connect.
7. Once the integration is connected and synced, a green checkbox will appear next to the integration.
   

Q&A

Q: What happens if the token expires?

A: If the token expires, you’ll need to generate a new one and reconnect the integration.
