Overview
Torii integrates with your Vonage Contact Center account and syncs the following information:

- Torii supports multiple Vonage Contact Center accounts.
Connect Vonage Contact Center Integration
- Create a client ID and Client Secret for your account in Vonage Contact Center (VCC). Follow the instructions here.
- In the Scopes list, add the scope -
users:write -
Go to the Integrations page and click on the Vonage Contact Center tile

Click on Connect.

Enter your Vonage Contact Center client id, client secret and base URL, then click Connect.

Once the integration is connected and synced, a green checkbox will be displayed.
