Overview
- Torii integrates with your BlueJeans account and syncs the users' roles, statuses in the app, and licenses.
- Torii can support multiple BlueJeans accounts
- Use Torii's automated actions to "Delete BlueJeans user."
Prerequisites
You will be required to obtain BlueJeans App Key and the App Secret
- Log into your BlueJeans account and navigate to the ADMIN console
- Enable Enterprise App Provisioning
- Choose the Oauth Access tab.
Note: BlueJeans must enable enterprise-level APIs for you.
You will know if this capability is enabled if you see a tab called “OAuth Access” in the ‘EVENTS’ section on the admin interface.
If you do not see this tab in the main Enterprise Admin screen, please contact support@bluejeans.com and request that it be enabled. - Click the Add New App button.
- Fill in your app information and SAVE CHANGES.
- Click your app's info icon (on the right) to get the App Key & App Secret.
Connect BlueJeans integration to Torii.
- Go to the Integrations page and select the BlueJeans tile
- Click Connect to BlueJeans
- Select the Permission level
- Enter App Key & App Secret from the previous step
- Click Connect
- Once the integration is connected and synced, it will display a green checkbox.
