Introduction

Torii leverages Oracle Financials Cloud API, allowing us to update your SaaS expenses without any user interaction automatically.
Torii syncs transaction data up to one year prior to first connection date.

Torii syncs invoices from your Oracle Financials Cloud account and matches SaaS-related expenses to their respective app on Torii.

The following fields of transactions are used for mapping the expense to the correct application: invoiceLines.ItemDescription, Description and Supplier.

Connect Oracle Financials Cloud to Torii

  1. Go to the Integrations page and select the Oracle Financials Cloud tile
  2. Click Connect
  3. In the Connect Oracle Financials Cloud window, enter the User name and password.
An Oracle Cloud service user with permission to read, list, and view invoices and individual invoices.
  4. Enter the REST Server URL. Typically, the URL of your Oracle Cloud service. For example, https://servername.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com
You can find the REST Server URL, user name, and password in the welcome email sent to your Oracle Cloud service administrator.

Q&A

Q: I am interested in expense data that is older than what Torii brings in from this integration. Is there a way to get more than one year of data synced into Torii?

A: While we we only sync a year of expense data upon connection of this integration in Torii by default, we can bring in data from any time point. If you are interested in getting data from an expanded time frame, please contact Torii's support team and we will be happy to help you with this. Please note, syncing data for a lengthy time period can bring back a lot of data, which can take a significant amount of time to sync (up to a several days, depending on the period of time back you are interested in).
