Overview
Torii integrates with Navan and analyzes SaaS expenses:
| Default synced transaction types | Fields used for expense matching |
|---|---|
| Card transactions, manual transactions | Merchant |
- Torii will automatically match transactions to the correct application, summarize expenses and provide insights.
- Due to Navan API limitations, the initial sync includes transaction data updated during the last two months only.
- After the initial sync, Torii continues syncing new and updated transactions automatically.
Requirements
Accounts & Permissions
- This integration requires a Client ID and Client Secret from Navan.
- Any customer wishing to use the Expense API must first request that the Navan team enable the Public API for the account. It must be provisioned for Navan Expense services, as this is a prerequisite for API access.
How to Generate the Required Values
- Log in to your Navan account on web.
- From the main dropdown menu on the left, select Admin.
- Click on Travel admin from the top menu.
- Continue to Settings > Integrations.
- From the Navan API Credentials section, select Create New.
- A pop-up window will prompt you to enter a Description, which serves as the name for the credentials and will be reflected in the list of credentials for your company.
- Click Create.
- A new pop-up window will show you the API credentials. Click Done or select Copy All to copy the Description, Client ID, Secret Key, and Allowed IP Addresses to your clipboard.
Note: Once this pop-up is closed, the secret key will no longer be accessible. API credential details are only accessible once.

- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Select the Navan tile.
- Click Connect.
- Enter your Client ID and Client Secret.
- Select your Region from the dropdown list.
- Click Connect to finalize the integration.
