Overview

Torii integrates with Make and syncs:

  • Users and their roles.
  • User status.
  • Last login (last visit time).
  • Make is region-bound and each connection syncs a single Make organization. Customers with multiple organizations can connect each one separately.
  • You can constantly stay updated with application information from our Integrations Page >> Integration Capabilities button >> Integration Capabilities table.

Requirements

Accounts & Permissions

  • A Make user account that is a member of the organization you want to sync, with at least the Member role in that organization. You must have permissions to that organization to be able to generate the API token.
  • Permission to create an API token with the organizations:read and user:read scopes.

Required keys

To connect this integration, we require the following:

  • API Token - a Make API token with the organizations:read and user:read scopes.
  • API Host - the hostname of your Make environment (e.g. eu1.make.com, us2.make.com, or eu1.make.celonis.com).
  • Organization ID - the numeric ID of the Make organization to sync.

How to Generate the Required Values

Step 1: Generate an API token

  1. Sign in to Make and click your avatar at the bottom-left corner.
  2. Click Profile, then open the API access tab.
  3. Click Add token.
  4. Grant the scopes organizations:read and user:read.
  5. Save and copy the token.

Important
Make displays the full API token only once. Copy it immediately and store it securely - if lost, you must generate a new token.

Step 2: Find your API Host

  • Look at the hostname in your browser while viewing your Make organization (e.g. eu1.make.com). Use that hostname as the API Host.

Step 3: Find your Organization ID

  • Open your organization in Make. The numeric ID appears in the URL after /organization/, or under Organization > Settings.

How to Connect the Integration

  1. Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
  2. Search for Make and click Connect.
  3. Enter the API Token, API Host, and Organization ID.
  4. Click Connect.

Additional Notes

  • Each Torii connection syncs one Make organization. To sync multiple organizations, connect each one separately.
