Overview
Torii integrates with Slack Enterprise Grid and syncs:
- User status (Active / Deleted)
- Licenses (Enterprise Grid Member)
- Multiple Enterprise Grid accounts per organization

Requirements
To connect this integration, we require the following:
Accounts & Permissions
- A Slack Enterprise Grid organization
- The Slack app must be installed at the organization level, not individual workspaces
Required keys
- No credentials required for the customer. OAuth handles authentication automatically.
How to Connect the Integration
- Go to the Integrations page in Torii.
- Search for Slack Enterprise Grid and click Connect.
- Sign in to Slack and authorize the app when prompted.
- Click Connect.

Q: Can I connect multiple Slack Enterprise Grid organizations?
A: Yes. The integration supports multiple accounts per organization.
Q: What user data is synced?
A: User status, email, name, and license assignment (Enterprise Grid Member). Last visit time is not supported.
