Overview

The Admin Audit Log provides visibility into key administrative actions performed within Torii. It helps you monitor changes made by your team, ensuring transparency, accountability, and security across your organization.

Every event recorded in the log captures who performed the action, what was done, and when it occurred, allowing you to easily trace important updates and configuration changes.

Navigating to the Admin Audit Log

  1. Go to the Settings -> Security page

  2. Click on the Admin Audit Log button on the top-right.

Understanding the audit log

You’ll now see a table listing all logged activities.

The table includes:

  • Performed by. Identifies who initiated the action. This could be an admin in your organization, an API request, or a Torii Automation process.

  • Event. Describes the action that took place.
    Example: A workflow was deleted.

  • Time. Indicates when the action occurred, shown in UTC.

  • Properties. Contains the detailed technical information recorded with the event. The available properties vary depending on the event type.

  • Targets – Lists the items affected by the action, such as an application, user, workflow, or task.

Filtering

You can filter events by category and by date range. Audit data is retained starting from the day your organization was created.

Exporting

Exporting the admin audit log is available using the Public API. The documentation is available on the Get admin audit logs page on the Developers website.
