The Applications section is where application data is centralized, allowing Torii admins to review and adjust, compare apps to reveal savings opportunities, and refine how apps are identified in external systems.
Applications: Review Tab
The core of the Applications section is the Review tab which lists every app in your organization's stack; presenting the details that matter. Views make this list a flexible tool in reviewing and maintaining app information from various perspectives.
In the Default view, a Torii Member will see all applications listed on the Review tab, sorted by Number of users. Click any other column title to sort differently. Columns can be moved by clicking and dragging the column title horizontally until you see vertical arrows indicating the new position:
Columns can be revealed or hidden by clicking the select columns button and adjusting the checkboxes:
The Review tab can be searched by clicking in the search box, and filtered by clicking the filter table button:
Once you have modified the way the Review tab looks you may want to save the new view for later use. Click the View Dropdown ("Default view") to show a list of built-in views. Scroll to the bottom and click "+ Create new view" to add your own.
- Views can be defined as shared by all Torii members, or private to the current user only.

To the right of the search box lie the Export and Add Application buttons.
- Clicking the Export button results in a downloadable CSV or the ability to share as a report. For more information, see Share & Schedule Reports from Torii.
- Clicking the "+" button opens the Add application dialog where you can search Torii's application database to manually add to your list.
Application details can be adjusted individually or in bulk by clicking one or more checkboxes to the left of the app's name and then the "Edit" button:

Applications: Compare Tab
The Applications Compare tab presents a list of similar applications with the number of shared users between them, grouped by category. An entry with a large number of users represents a savings opportunity, which can be further investigated by clicking the "Compare" buttons. Applications: Refine Tab
Aside from direct integrations, Torii gathers app data from many sources. The Applications Refine tab allows you to adjust the mapping of the discovered apps from your SSO and MDM systems with those in the Torii applications list. To learn more, see Refining Application Discovery.
