The Users section is where you can view a list of employees, users, and external users. From here, you can view additional attributes such as email address and number of apps used, filter the user list, and search for users.

Users: Employee Tab

This tab lists all users that match your Employee definition. 

Users: Users Tab

Shows your Current Users, Past Users, and All Users.

Current Users

This list includes all users discovered from all sources that are not external and not listed as disabled in your configured IdP.

Past Users

Users that have previously shown up as active in your IdP that are now no longer returning or have been deleted/disabled.

All Users

All users that have been discovered regardless of their status. 

Users: External Users

Each customer tenant has one or more of their domains registered with Torii. Any user that does not have one of the pre-registered domains is treated as external.
