The "Stop Workflow" feature allows users to abort workflow executions that are currently "In Progress." This functionality ensures that no further actions are executed beyond the current step, providing users with better control over their workflow and app catalog policy executions.
How to Stop a Workflow
You can stop workflows manually from the following locations:

Workflow / Policy Runs Page: Identify the workflow to stop and click the "Stop Workflow" icon.

Execution Details Page: Navigate to the execution details of the workflow and click "Stop Workflow."
Post-Confirmation
When you confirm stopping the workflow:

The workflow status updates to
Stopped
. - The workflow details will show who stopped the workflow and when.
Long-Running Actions
For actions that cannot be interrupted (e.g., transferring Google Drive files), the workflow status changes to "Stopping" until the current action completes. Once completed, the workflow status updates to "Stopped".
Offboarding Workflows
Offboarding workflows cannot be stopped.
Deleted Workflows
If a running workflow is deleted:
