The following feature is in beta and available under Labs

Learn how to share your Renewal Calendar with anyone in your organization by publishing an iCalendar feed and subscribing to it on Google Calendar and Outlook.

The Renewal Calendar is a great way to view all upcoming renewals at a glance. You can find it on the Renewals page:

Calendar clients such as Google Calendar and Outlook can subscribe to the Renewal Calendar and view it alongside your other business related calendars:

This allows to extend the visibility of the renewal calendar outside of Torii, in addition to sharing it with non Torii users, so you will never be surprised by an upcoming renewal.

Enable the feature

In order to have the sharing feature available, enable it from Settings >> Labs.

Share the Renewal Calendar

  1. Go to the Renewals page
  2. Find and click on the Share Calendar button located at the top-right corner of the Renewal Calendar:

  3. Click the Copy button to copy the URL of the iCalendar feed to your clipboard:

  4. Subscribe to this URL from Google Calendar or Outlook. Learn how to do this in the next section.
