Overview
Torii integrates with your Sage Intacct account and syncs the transaction list under Bills in Accounts Payable. Torii syncs transaction data up to one year prior to first connection date.
Prerequisites
- Go to Company >> Admin tab >> Subscriptions
- Scroll to "Web Services" and enable the toggle
- Ignore the warning about additional charges
Add Torii's Sender ID - ToriiMPP to the allowed list.
- Go to Company >> Setup tab >> Company
- Go to the Security tab
- Scroll down to Web Services authorizations and open a new row
- Click EDIT
- Click on Add
- In the Sender ID, enter ToriiMPP.
You can enter a Description and click Save.
Create a User with Role-Based Security
- Go to Company >> Roles
- Click on Add
- Enter a Name & Description
- Click Save
- Select Accounts Payable
- Click on Persmisssions
- Look for Bills, check the "View" checkbox, and click Save.
- On the Roles page, click Save again
Create a Web Service user
- From Company, go to Web Service users
- Click on Add
- In the User information tab, enter the required details
Ensure the Business button is checked, select your preferred Admin privileges, and click Save. - Go to Web Service users, select the new user created, and click on Edit
- Under the Roles information tab, select the Role name
- Click Save
- You will received a welcome email with all the credentials required for connecting the integration
Connect Sage Intacct integration to Torii
- Go to the Integrations page and select the Sage Intacct tile
- Click Connect to connect to Sage Intacct
- In the Connect Sage Intacct box, enter the exact details as Sage login page.
- Click Connect
- Once the integration is connected and synced, it will display a green checkbox.

Q&A
Q: I am interested in expense data that is older than what Torii brings in from this integration. Is there a way to get more than one year of data synced into Torii?
A: While we we only sync a year of expense data upon connection of this integration in Torii by default, we can bring in data from any time point. If you are interested in getting data from an expanded time frame, please contact Torii's support team and we will be happy to help you with this. Please note, syncing data for a lengthy time period can bring back a lot of data, which can take a significant amount of time to sync (up to a several days, depending on the period of time back you are interested in).
