Learn how end-users should activate the installed Torii browser extension

Overview

Once the Torii browser extension is installed, either manually or by organization deployment, the end-user will be asked to activate the extension by signing in.

The sign-in process is short and simple, there is no need to sign up first for a Torii account.

Note: as an alternative, you can send a Browser Activation Email to your users. The email will allow a one-click activation of the extension.

Sign-in flow

Step 1: Click on the Torii extension in your browser's extensions bar.

Step 2: Click on the Sign in button

Step 3: Enter your business email address and click Next

Step 4: Click Go in order to get a Magic Link sent to your email. The magic link allows one-click login to Torii and will activate the extension.

Step 5: Check your email inbox for a mail with the subject of Sign in to Torii and click the Sign in as... button.

Step 6: You should see the following success screen. The extension has been activated and you can close the tab.

Step 7: The extension will now show you assigned in with your email address.
