Learn about the Contract Details page

The Contract Details page lists all of the fields that can be populated for each contract, and their setup information:

• Field Name: The field's verbose name as it will show in the UI and communications.
• Internal Name: The field's code, used to filter results from Torii's public API.
• Form Question: This stores the question that a user is answering when the field is displayed in a form.  (For more information on setting up forms see How to Send Forms Using Torii)
• Type: Defines the data structure of the field. Options are: Single-line Text, Multi-line Text, Number, Single Select, Multi-Select, Currency, Date Picker, Employee, and Multiple Employees.
• In use by: The number of applications which have the field populated with information.
• Show: The field's global visibility setting.  This affects whether the field is available in Torii's public API.

Fields can be added by clicking "+ Add field", choosing from the available field types, and providing the field name and group it should belong to.

Fields can be edited, deleted or moved by hovering over the entry to expose the functions.

Contract Groups

 For organizational purposes, contract details can be separated into groups.  By default there is a "Details" group and an "Auto-Renewal" group, but more can be created for any custom fields you would like to add, and fields can be moved between groups by editing them. 

Groups can themselves be edited, deleted or moved by hovering over the group name to expose the functions.
