Q&A: Why is the Google Workspace integration connection stuck on "Testing"?

Question/Issue:

The Google Workspace integration gets stuck in "Testing".

Cause:

The organization's IT Security department had deployed an access policy which blocked API connection. 

Resolution:

  • Make sure to accept the access, and press the Allow button.

  • If an access policy must be in place, add the Torii app as an exemption in Google Workspace.
