The AI Module is where Torii brings your organization's AI usage into one place - so you can see which AI tools employees use, who the heaviest users are, the estimated value of that usage, and how adoption is trending. This article explains what the module includes and where to find it.
What you can do with it
- See your AI stack - usage, billing, members, and API keys synced from your SaaS AI platforms.
- Track usage and value - tokens, sessions, active users, and estimated token value over time.
- Measure adoption - who is adopting AI, by department or org hierarchy.
- Watch activity live - a real-time pulse of who's active right now and on which models.
What's inside
- AI home - a card per supported AI platform with its sync status.
- AI dashboards - Usage, Adoption, and Productivity views.
- AI Pulse - a live, real-time activity dashboard.
- AI Insights - automatically generated summaries of your AI usage.
- Telemetry - token tracking for developer command-line tools.
Where your data comes from
Two complementary mechanisms feed the module:
- The Torii AI Lens browser extension syncs SaaS AI platforms - OpenAI, Cursor, Lovable, Claude Platform, Claude.ai, and Base44. See Syncing AI app data with the Torii AI Lens browser extension.
- AI Telemetry tracks developer CLIs such as Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and Codex. See Track LLM token usage from developer CLIs.
A note on “token value”
Dollar figures in the AI Module are an estimated token value based on standard API rates - not your invoice amount. Most AI tools run on flat subscriptions, so treat token value as a measure of usage intensity, not a bill.
