Renewals: Calendar Tab

The Calendar tab provides a comprehensive view of your renewal activity by presenting multiple charts that illustrate the overall timeline for your contracts. 

In addition to the charts, the tab also includes a detailed list of upcoming monthly renewals displayed at the bottom, giving you quick access to the specific contracts that require attention in the near future.

Renewals: Renewals Summary Tab

The Renewals Summary tab gives you a high-level view of all your application renewals for a selected year, along with insights into cost changes, savings opportunities, and new contracts.

You can export the list of contracts in the table with the 'CSV' button.

Renewals: Contracts Tab

The Contracts tab provides a centralized view of all your SaaS contracts, helping you track details such as application ownership, contract values, end dates, and statuses. This tab is designed to give procurement, finance, and IT teams an organized way to manage contracts.

At the top of the page, you’ll find filtering and view options. You can toggle between saved views (e.g., Default view), apply filters to narrow down results, or switch between different table layouts. Additionally, you can export the entire contract list from this page as well using the 'Export' button.
