Learn about the Members > Torii Users tab:

This tab lists the name, email address and role of every Torii Member who has access or who has been invited to the platform.

  • The email field may contain a user's non-primary address, if the merge users feature is enabled.
  • The role field is set to one of the pre-defined or custom roles created on the Settings > Roles page. (for more information on roles, see Introduction to Roles - Based Access Control (RBAC))

  • Users enter Members > Torii Users list when they have been:
    1. Provisioned via SCIM
    2. Auto-provisioned via SSO, or
    3. Manually invited using the "Invite members" button.
  • The full list can be exported by clicking the "CSV" button.
  • Note: Users not listed here can still access the app catalog, if it is enabled.

 

Inviting Torii Users

  • Users who are invited using the "Invite members" button are sent a signup email and will be tagged as "Pending" until they complete the registration process by clicking the link.
  • Users who are invited using the "Invite members" button can be sent a new email by removing them from the list (hover over the entry and click the trashcan icon in the right margin) and re-inviting them.
