Question/Issue:

Why the View Actions page doesn't show all the latest workflow actions? 

Cause:

The View Actions page only shows manual actions that were executed manually (and not as part of a workflow). 

Our Product team is aware that this is confusing and we have a release in the backlog to change that and create a unified log.
