Question/Issue:

If an App Owner is offboarded will the IT team get a notification to update all of the app owner's Apps?

Resolution:

Currently, the answer is NO.

There should not be any error as sometimes employees who are also app owners leave the org, but their apps are in a closed state or these employees were the only users of these apps, hence no error should be made, but for other occasions maybe there should be a notification for the IT.

Near future: We will be adding to the Workflows triggers the ability to check if an employee is an app owner, so our customers can set workflows to accommodate their process accordingly.
