Overview
On your Integrations page, you can see all integrations you synced and their statuses.
Normally, our integrations sync data on a daily basis.
If the last sync attempt was successful, the integration will display a Green checkbox.
Once an integration is successfully synced, it displays a green checkbox.
- Hovering over the tile will show additional information about the last sync status.
- Click on "See more details" to see a complete rundown of the sync status.
A Yellow icon represents a partial success.
This means that in the last sync, not all the data was synced successfully.
You will be able to see which data was updated when opening the popup.
- Click on "See more details" to see additional information.
- On the right-hand side of each data type, you will see the last time the sync was successfully completed. This will enable you to estimate how fresh is the data which failed in the last sync, as well as the length of the issue if continued.
- In the below example, you can see that the Usage sync wasn't successful. In this case, you should find out what went wrong or contact support for assistance.
- Our goal is to provide you with additional information to assist in analyzing and resolving the issue.
A Red icon indicates that the last sync attempt failed and no data was updated.
- Click on "See more details" to see additional information.
- In the example below, you can see that the "Users" sync failed due to not configuring SCIM.
In this case, you should configure SCIM or contact support for assistance. - Similarly to partial success, we will provide the last successful sync date as well as additional information to assist with the described issue whenever possible.
