Question/Issue:

Can we provision users via Jumpcloud SCIM to a custom role that we have created?

 

Resolution:

Torii allows you to send a custom role in the 'userType' attribute in the SCIM Create User API.   

Keep in mind that you may have limitations on the JumpCloud side to send this information. Most customers leverage the Employee Type Attribute on JumpCloud to send the appropriate role required for the Torii SCIM Create User.
