Issue/Task:

An app was detected but some users are missing from the list. 

Steps:

1. Go to Applications >> the designated app >> Users tab

2. Click on Import

3. In the "Import users" popup, select to browse for the file or drag & drop it.

4. Torii processes the file and indicates how many new users will be added to the app. 

5. Click on Import Users to complete the process.
