Q&A
Q: Why is usage data not appearing?
A: If you do not see usage data synced in Torii, please check the following:
- You granted the Audit Log permission when creating the API key.
- Audit Log feature is enabled for your Greenhouse organization (it is not enabled by default).
- You provided a valid Greenhouse Admin User ID when connecting the integration.
If one of these steps was missed, please update the API permissions or reconnect the integration providing the correct Admin User ID.
