How can I avoid the workflow from stopping if an action fails?

Continue workflow on error

You can control the execution flow on errors per action by enabling or disabling the Continue workflow on the error toggle.

  • If the action is configured to Continue workflow on error, then the workflow will continue executing the next action. The workflow status will be marked as Completed with errors.

  • If the action is not configured to Continue workflow on error, then the workflow will stop. The workflow status will be marked as Error.
