How to update details across multiple Applications or Contracts
Bulk updates allow you to apply changes to one field across all, or a selection of Applications or Contracts.
Updating Applications
To begin a bulk update of an application field, navigate to your Applications list and click the check-boxes to the left of each Application that you would like to change:
Once a selection has been made, the Search and Export functions at the top-right of your list will transform temporarily into a blue Edit button:
Clicking Edit will display the field adjustment dialogue box where you can define the data to be changed and its new value:
Once satisfied, click the Update button to apply your changes:
