Torii integrates with your NewVoiceMedia account and syncs the following information:

- Torii supports multiple NewVoiceMedia accounts.
Connect NewVoiceMedia Integration
- Create a client ID and Client Secret for your account in Vonage Contact Center (VCC). Follow the instructions here.
- In the Scopes list, add the scope -
users:write

Go to the Integrations page and click on the NewVoiceMedia tile

Click on Connect.

Enter your NewVoiceMedia client id, client secret and base URL, then click Connect.

Once the integration is connected and synced, a green checkbox will be displayed.
