Issue:

Duplicate Users in the same application.

Cause:

Multiple integrations with the same app are connected.

Resolution:

Check if there are two connections of the same integration. 

If so, check with the client if those integrations are connected to the same account, if so, they should disconnect one of the integrations. This will resolve the problem of user duplication.
